Hi, I'm Kathy Hancock, owner of Simply Fabulous Boutique and The Willow Collective in Peoria, Illinois. My retail journey began in 2016 when I started selling clothing from my home. What began as a small boutique quickly grew into a passion for helping women feel confident while building meaningful relationships with my customers.

Over the years, I expanded beyond clothing to offer carefully curated gifts, accessories, home décor, and lifestyle products. In 2026, I purchased The Willow Collective, creating a space where shoppers can discover unique finds while supporting local makers, artisans, and small businesses.
